* The above rates will include all meals provided by the hotel, the banquet, transportation to and from Montego Bay airport and transportation to and from nightlife activities.

 The rates for Conference include the Conference dates of Thursday June 3 to Saturday June 5. There will be an additional US$110.00 charge for stay over on the Sunday night June 6 to leave on Monday June 7. Sunday is not an official conference day.

Locals who are not staying at the  Conference Hotel on Sunday night but wish to be transported on the bus for the Beach trip on Sunday will pay $US10.00.

Please note that all conference payments, including any payments for pre- conference packages are non- refundable.

Pre-Conference Rates

Wexford Court Hotel is the hotel of choice, and it is located right along the Hip Strip of Montego Bay, which allows for convenient access to restaurants, nightlife, shopping, etc.  Pre-Conference will be held from Monday May 31 2010 - Thursday June 3 2010.

Pre- Conference Registration rates below are inclusive of:

 

* Hotel accommodations for 3 nights (Monday May 31 - Thursday June 3)

* Jamaican buffet breakfast everyday

* Entry fees to all scheduled tourist attractions

* Lunch at tour site (Wednesday June 2)

* Transportation to scheduled tourist attractions (Wednesday June 2)

* Transportation to Conference Hotel

* Sunset Boat Cruise (Tuesday June 1)

All other meals not stated above must be provided on your own, as well as any drinks, shopping, or any other luxury you wish to indulge yourself in. 

Payments are to made to the same Account Information as for Conference.

When sending emails with your proof of payment, please specify what amount goes towards Conference and what towards Pre-Conference.
